MS. RODRIGUEZ

Kaylin Rodriguez is the School Social Worker at Bronx Community High School, where she supports scholars through emotional, social, and academic challenges and provides a safe, confidential space to talk. Before joining BCHS as a DOE Social Worker, she served the school through community partner NYC Mission Society and previously worked at Satellite Academy in the Bronx. A Lehman High School graduate herself, Ms. Rodriguez helps students believe in themselves, advocate for their needs, and build resilience, often reminding them that their past does not define their future. She believes teenagers succeed when adults meet them where they are. Outside of school, she enjoys exploring local cafés and all things Disney World.
