Ms. Taisha Carpentier is BCHS's Internship Coordinator, helping students take their first real steps into the professional world. With a background in education, customer service, and community work, she understands both the challenges students face and the doors that open when they learn to advocate for themselves. Every morning, Ms. Carpentier greets students at the door — setting the tone for a day of purpose and progress. She is passionate about helping scholars learn how to network, showcase their talents, and navigate the real world beyond high school. A multilingual educator who speaks more than two languages, she is also an avid reader whose love of books often surprises the students she works with. Ms. Carpentier believes teenagers succeed when adults listen to understand rather than just to respond.
