MR. roebuck

Mr. Roebuck serves as an Assistant Principal at BCHS and is a member of the school’s Leadership Team. Scholars can rely on Mr. Roebuck for structure, safety, accountability, consistency, and straightforward guidance. He believes in following through on his commitments to students and being honest with them, even when the message may not be what they want to hear.

Before joining BCHS, Mr. Roebuck gained experience in entrepreneurship, event production, and community investing. He planned and hosted some of New York City’s largest college parties, traveled across the country with his fraternity brothers through Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated, and participated in major collegiate competitions. He later founded multiple businesses and worked as a consultant with a boutique firm focused on investing in minority-owned businesses.

On a typical day, students will likely find Mr. Roebuck in the hallway, making sure the school community has what it needs. His approach is grounded in doing what is necessary to support students, even when it may not be the easiest or most popular choice.

Outside of school, Mr. Roebuck enjoys basketball, music, cooking, and sneakers. Students may also be surprised to learn that their favorite rapper may already know who he is.



Mr. Roebuck encourages students to understand that what they do today affects their future and that their name and reputation matter. He believes teenagers succeed when adults provide them with what they need to grow and succeed.
